About the Service

HEARDco provides reputation operations support for local businesses, including Google review response workflows, review request prompts, reputation summaries, and scoped enquiry follow-up drafts where agreed. By subscribing to HEARDco, you ("the Client") agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms").

Depending on agreed access and scope, HEARDco may post approved categories of review responses directly, prepare responses for client posting, or escalate sensitive reviews before any response is posted.

By accessing or using HEARDco's service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

Section 2

Eligibility

To use HEARDco, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years of age
  • Operate a legitimate business
  • Have an active Google Business Profile associated with your business
  • Have the authority to grant HEARDco Manager access to your Google Business Profile if you continue after free samples

By using the service, you represent and warrant that you meet all of the above requirements.

Section 3

Subscription and Billing

HEARDco operates on a monthly subscription basis. All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable. Current plan pricing and package descriptions are available at heardco.com.au. Free samples, payment steps, live posting, and agreed enquiry workflows are subject to the access and escalation rules described below.

Available plans at the date of these Terms:

  • Review Reply Automation — $149/month
  • Reputation Ops Core — $499/month
  • Trust + Enquiry Recovery — $899/month
  • Local Growth Ops — from $1,499/month, scoped before sale

You can request 3 free sample replies without providing card details or Google Business Profile access. If you choose to continue, HEARDco confirms the package, scope, and payment step after sample handoff. Public pages and cold outreach do not create a public checkout entitlement. Payments are processed securely via Stripe or another agreed payment method. By providing payment details, you authorise HEARDco to charge your nominated payment method for the agreed service.

HEARDco reserves the right to update pricing with reasonable notice. Any price changes will be communicated to active subscribers via email at least 14 days before they take effect.

Section 4

Cancellation and Refunds

You may cancel a sample request, first-month setup, or subscription at any time by emailing heardco@agentmail.to. Free samples do not create any payment obligation. For paid subscriptions, cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle unless we agree otherwise in writing.

No refunds are provided for the current paid billing period. If you cancel mid-cycle after becoming a paid subscriber, your subscription will not renew but you will not receive a partial refund for the remaining days. Free sample users are not charged unless they choose to continue into a paid setup or subscription.

HEARDco reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account if you breach these Terms, with or without notice depending on the severity of the breach.

Section 5

Google Business Profile Access

To deliver paid review-response services, you grant HEARDco Manager access to your Google Business Profile after you choose to continue. You never need to share your Google password, and access is not required for free samples.

HEARDco's use of this access is strictly limited to:

  • Posting review responses on your behalf, where this is included in your agreed scope and posting rules
  • Monitoring incoming reviews so HEARDco can manage timely responses, where this is included in your agreed scope

Google profile hygiene work is audit/recommend/report by default. HEARDco will not use Manager access to:

  • Modify your business information, address, contact details, or business category
  • Upload, edit, or delete photos or videos
  • Create or edit Google Business Profile posts (unless specifically included in your plan)
  • Access or modify any settings beyond what is required for the approved review-response workflow

You may revoke HEARDco's access at any time through your Google Business Profile settings. Revoking access will prevent us from delivering the service and does not constitute a valid cancellation for billing purposes — please email us to formally cancel your subscription.

Section 6

Client Responsibilities

As a HEARDco client, you are responsible for:

  • Keeping your account and contact details up to date
  • Ensuring HEARDco's Manager access to your Google Business Profile remains active for the duration of any paid review-response subscription that requires access
  • Providing timely business context for sensitive reviews, escalations, live posting, sending, inbox, or follow-up workflows where applicable
  • Ensuring you are authorised to grant HEARDco access to your Google Business Profile
  • Not using the service for any unlawful purpose, or in any way that violates Google's Terms of Service or applicable law
  • Providing accurate information in your brand voice questionnaire and onboarding materials

HEARDco is not responsible for inaccuracies caused by incorrect or incomplete information provided by the Client. Missed-enquiry recovery starts as audits and response preparation from agreed sources; inbox takeover, auto-send, or autonomous customer communication requires explicit written approval, templates, channel gates, and escalation rules.

Section 7

Intellectual Property

Review responses prepared or managed by HEARDco are generated for your use and benefit. Once a response is posted to your Google Business Profile, it becomes part of your business's public content.

You retain ownership of all content associated with your Google Business Profile, including reviews and posted responses.

HEARDco retains ownership of its service, platform, tools, brand voice methodology, and any proprietary systems used to deliver the service. You may not reproduce, distribute, or commercialise any part of HEARDco's service or materials without our written permission.

Section 8

Limitation of Liability

HEARDco provides its service "as is" and makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the service's fitness for any particular purpose or guaranteed outcomes, including rankings, revenue, bookings, customers, review count, review volume, conversion lift, or recovered leads.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, HEARDco is not liable for:

  • Changes to Google's policies, platform, or API that affect our ability to deliver the service
  • Google platform outages, downtime, or technical issues outside our control
  • The effect that review responses (or the absence of responses) may have on your business's reputation, search ranking, or revenue
  • Any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising from your use of the service
  • Loss of data or access resulting from third-party platform changes

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any consumer guarantee under applicable consumer protection law that cannot be excluded or limited by law.

Section 9

Changes to These Terms

HEARDco may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will notify active subscribers via email at least 14 days before the changes take effect.

Your continued use of the service after the effective date of any updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree with the updated Terms, you may cancel your subscription before the changes take effect.

Section 10

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.
